What We're Looking For

-Providing full-service cuts, color, and styling to guests
-Delivering a luxury client experience from consultation to finish

-Creating content to showcase your work and attract dream clients
-Contributing to a supportive, high-performing salon environment
Compensation & Schedule:
-Commission-based pay structure (with retail bonus opportunities)
-Full or part-time — flexible scheduling available

Assistant Designer:
What We’re Looking For:
-Current cosmetology license (or enrolled/apprentice eligible)
-Passion for hair & excellent client care
-Positive, team-oriented, professional attitude
-Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Assisting with color applications, shampoos, treatments & blowouts
-Prepping and caring for guests during services
-Maintaining a clean, beautiful, welcoming space
-Helping with salon operations and light social media / content tasks
-Participating in advanced education & mentorship
-Gaining hands-on experience to move toward your own chair
Compensation & Schedule:
-Starting at California minimum wage + tips (W-2 employment)
-Part-time to start: 2-4 days per week
-Opportunities to add days and transition to full stylist role
Career Growth:
This role is designed to help you grow into a full-time stylist position — typically within 6 to 12 months — depending on your program needs and level of experience. You’ll receive personalized mentoring, advanced education, and a supportive team culture — all in a gorgeous upscale salon space.
