At Nectar, we believe in keeping things real. We love what we do, we love our clients, and we want every single appointment to be something you look forward to. These policies exist to protect your time and ours — because we're all people, and people deserve to be respected.

Appointment Deposits
To secure your appointment, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Real talk about why we do this:
We know what it feels like to be skeptical of something you found on the internet — we get it. Nobody wants to get scammed. But here's the thing: we deal with the same thing on our end. When you book an appointment, we're saying no to every other client who could have had that spot. We're rearranging our lives, our schedules, and our team's day around you — sometimes weeks in advance.
The $25 deposit is our handshake. It tells us you're serious, and it tells you we're serious. That's it.
Your deposit is fully applied to your service when you come in. If you'd prefer not to pay online, we completely understand — just stop in and pay your deposit in person at the studio. We'd love to meet you.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Life happens. We get it. Here's how we handle it:
Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance may be eligible for a deposit refund at our discretion.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance — your deposit is forfeited. Because at that point, we've already held your spot, turned away other clients, and organized our day around you.
Rescheduling: Your deposit grants you one complimentary reschedule. After that, a new deposit will be required to rebook. This keeps things fair for everyone on our books.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee to the card on file.
We send appointment reminders as a courtesy — but it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your booking.
No-Show Policy
We understand things come up. If you're running late, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
15+ minutes late — your service may be modified or shortened at the provider's discretion.
20+ minutes late without notice — your appointment will be considered a no-show and the no-show policy will apply.
We ask for your understanding here. Respecting our schedule means we can give every client the full, unhurried experience they deserve.
Service Adjustments
We are committed to you leaving Nectar happy. If something isn't right, please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment and we will make it right.
We do not issue refunds on services, but we will always make every effort to correct any concerns in a timely manner.
